I know this double cover is going to plastered over everyone's blog today, but the First Couple looks so fab I could not resist. Michelle is especially killing it on her cover! Michelle is doing so much for the image of black women everywhere, and I love being able to say she is from Chicago! I love the Obamas to death!!!

I got the one with Barack on the cover... I really wanted the one with Michelle... Essence really needs to have something where subscribers can go online and tell which cover they want went they do multiple instead of just sending whatever they feel like
Essence put me a bad position. It was such a hard decision that I ended up buying both. They knew exactly what they were doing. It was a good marketing move cuz I'm sure I'm not the only one who just had to have both.
